I love this, because it shows another little insight into what the afterlife will be like in our new bodies. Well it’s unclear if we will need to eat (is hunger part of the fall?), It is clear that we will be physically resurrected and that heaven is a physical place. We won’t be floating around as spirits, certainly not sitting on the clouds with harps.
Also, it’s interesting with all the learning and teaching and actually spending years with Jesus, He still had to open their minds to understand what was going on and how the future is changed forever.
